Eligibility
You may be eligible for subsidised training if you live or work in South Australia, and you are:
An Australian or New Zealand citizen
A permanent Australian resident, or
An eligible visa holder (See Eligible visas)
16 years or over
Not enrolled at school
The following people will be eligible to access low-fee training under JobTrainer:
Not employed; or
Aged between 16 to 24 years and not Enrolled in secondary school; or
Hold a health care, pensioner or veteran Affairs concession card, or
Interested in enrolling in training in aged care, childcare, disability care or digital skills.
Eligible students can access low-fee training through JobTrainer regardless of their prior qualification and training they have already completed.
Students can undertake more than one course or micro-credential under JobTrainer. Training commenced during this period will not impact on an individual’s base entitlement to access subsidised training.

Students can enrol in a maximum of two subsidised courses at a time.
Co-contribution fees
Skilled Careers students are required to contribute towards the cost of their training. The co-contribution fees may differ for each course of study. See the table below for pricing.

Refund Policy
Strategix will refund in full any course fees, where notification of cancellation is received seven (7) days prior to course commencement. No refund is due after training has commenced. Strategix will provide negotiated refunds after commencement of a course in accordance with the following special circumstances:
Inappropriate and/or offensive behavior is exhibited by Strategix staff (this may include discrimination, culturally insensitive comments or actions)
Previously agreed (in writing) and mutually understood outcomes are not met
The training program is cancelled or discontinued by Strategix

Current Australian passport or one that has expired within the last two years
Current overseas passport (with or without visa) or an overseas passport that has expired within the last two years (provided it is accompanied by a current Australian visa). Electronic visas are not acceptable as evidence of identity.
Australian naturalisation or citizenship document or immigration papers issued by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). A person under the age of 18 who is naturalised along with their parents may not necessarily be issued with an individual citizenship document - they may instead appear on the parents' citizenship papers
Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) Certificate of Evidence of Residence Status
Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) travel document (valid up to five years after issue). A person under the age of 18 who immigrates to Australia with his/her parent(s) will generally be Included on the immigration paperwork of their parent(s)
Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) Visa Evidence Card (PLO56)(must be current or accompanied by supporting documentation from DIAC)
A current Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) immicard (either Evidence of Immigration Status (EIS) or Permanent Resident Evidence (PRE))
Community detention - letter of introduction, issued by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) or the Australian Passport Office
Extract from Register of Citizenship by Descent (issued by an Australian embassy where the parent(s) are Australian-born)
Evidence of residential address
The participant will need to supply one of the following documents if their residential address was not included on the evidence of existence listed above:
Current South Australian vehicle registration certificate
South Australian driver's licence or vehicle registration renewal for the coming period
Contract of sale, lease arrangement or rental receipt for your place of residence up to two years old
Last or current financial year Australian Taxation Office tax assessment (please black out the Tax File Number (TFN))
A letter signed by the principal/deputy principal/head of school or a person with authority to sign for the Principal/deputy principal/head of school of a recognised educational institution, on the institution's Letterhead, which verifies your address (up to one year old)
In the case of TGSS students, a completed Form A, signed by the principal/deputy principal/head of School of a recognised educational institution.
In the case of an ICAN student, a completed ICAN Referral and Application for Exemption to be signed by the School Flexible Learning Options (FLO) Coordinator.
Statement or letter from a bank, building society or credit union (up to one year old) which verifies your residential address.
Note: ‘Screen dumps’ from financial institutions are not acceptable, with or without financial institution branch stamps.
Evidence of change of name
The following documents must be presented to record a change of name:
Full evidence of identity in the current or former name (or an Australian driver's licence or a South Australian proof of age card issued after 9 October 2006).
AND one of the following:
Birth certificate with an endorsement from an Australian registrar of births, deaths and marriages (BDM)
Marriage certificate issued by an Australian BDM (commemorative certificates issued by a religious Leader or celebrant are not acceptable)
Change of name certificate issued by an Australian BDM
Deed poll certificate (previously issued by Lands Title Registration Office).
