• Parent/Guardian Consent Form template is automatically sent to any student who is enrolled and under 18 years of age within an hour of their enrolment date:

  • Workflow: https://strategix.app.axcelerate.com/workflow/autotask/autotask_edit?autoTaskID=16317

• The automation will fire once every 180 days. This allows for the form to be resent if the student was to undertake two or more separate courses while they were under 18

• The template contains a link to the parent consent form hosted on Docuseal - sign.strategix.edu.au

• The email instructs the student to start the signature submission by confirming his/her name, student id and nominating the best email address of their parent / guardian.

• Parent/Guardian receives the email and clicks on the link

• Parent/Guardian adds their email address when prompted and then completes the remaining required fields

• Parent/Guardian submits the form

• When the Parent/Guardian enters the correct Strategix Student ID number, the following actions take place:

  • A note is recorded against the contact record

  • The parent consent form is uploaded to the portfolio without an expiry date

  • As part of the Course Coordinator's processes, they may check the document and add the expiry/issue date, as applicable.

• When the Parent/Guardian enters an incorrect Strategix Student ID number, a copy of the form is sent to support@strategix.edu.au and savanahpaula.barnao@strategixjackson@strategix.edu.au (Current Schools Coordinator) to manually upload the portfolio to aXcelerate.
