Transition Statement

As part of Strategix’s commitment to delivering quality and current training, some of the training products delivered by Strategix will undergo occasional updates. These updates may be initiated by Strategix or as a result of a change in a nationally accredited training package.

You can find any updates/changes to units of competencies, qualifications, skill sets, accredited courses/short courses (on a Nationally Recognised Training level) on the National Training Register.

When updates occur, the effected training product will enter a transition period. Each training product type and change type results in different transition periods. These specific transition periods are outlined on the ASQA website.

Some training products may have their transition periods extended. Current transition extensions can be found on the ASQA website. In certain circumstances, where ‘extraordinary circumstances exist and/or where it has been demonstrated that the current transition period genuinely disadvantages students' individual providers can submit an application for a transition extension. This can be submitted via the ASQA website.

If applicable, all students who are currently enrolled in a superseded/deleted/removed/expired:

• A unit of competency, or

• Skill Set, or

• Qualification, or

• Accredited Short-Course/Module, or

• Accredited Course.

will have the opportunity to complete any of the previously stated training products prior to the conclusion of their specific transition periods.

If the training product cannot be completed prior to the conclusion of the transition period, students will have the opportunity to be transitioned into the most current training product (if applicable), as outlined on the ASQA website.

Strategix will apply all efforts to avoid a student being disadvantaged by any training product change.
