Withdrawal application

• Have your student details ready (name, date of birth and contact information).

• Know the course/unit you’re withdrawing from and the last date you participated (if applicable).

• If you’re requesting a re-credit or refund, include the reason and any supporting documentation.

  • If you have a VET FEE HELP, or VET Student Loan debt, please read the relevant policy before completing your re-crediting application

• Submit one form per student/enrolment

• You’ll receive a confirmation after you submit the form.

• Our team will review your application and may contact you if we need more information.

• Once assessed, we’ll let you know the outcome and any next steps (including any changes to your enrolment and fees, where applicable).
