Strategix International has introduced a digital enrolment solution to simplify and enhance the international enrolment procedure. This document outlines the use, versions, integrations, naming conventions, and internal guidelines for this system.

The Apply-to-Enrol Form is intended to align with Strategix's ethical standards and should be used in adherence to the company’s Enrolment Policy and Procedure and International Enrolment Policy and Procedure. Users must ensure that all information submitted complies with these regulations.

Naming Convention

The documents submitted via the form will be relabelled according to the de-identification guidelines set by the Privacy Act of 1988 (Cth):

aXcelerate ID + Portfolio Type ID + Datetime

No addressable personal information shall be included in the file name.

For Strategix staff handling international applications, the agent's version of the Digital Apply-to-Enrol Form is currently the preferred method. This version allows for efficient uploading of new applications submitted via the International Student Enrolment Pack to Strategix's systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
