Save Form
Open the template, and Save As a new file in the Skills SA Course Search Reports folder in Google Drive (Funding Sources/SA (YEAR).
Name the file:

Refer to the Funding spreadsheet for courses run under Skilled Careers. The static information is unlikely to change monthly, however, the fluid details may change regularly and are required to be verified each month. The SA Template template form has been prefilled to include all static details:

For qualifications not appearing on the Academy Calendar sheet, check the course details in aXcelerate to find the course delivery suburbReview all above details entered in the template against the Academy Calendar & Student Fees, Course Cost, Funding and Price List to see if any have changed
For qualifications only delivered online, the SA Delivery Location fields can be left blank.
Add in Course Duration (Hours) as per the Student Fees, Course Cost, Funding and Price List
Enter address for SA Delivery Locations
Refer to the Completeness Check (column furthest to the left, will have a cross or a tick) for confirmation that you have answered all mandatory fields, highlighted in yellow.
Save and Submit Form
Save the form in the My Skills SA Course Search Reports folder in Google Drive (Funding Sources/SA (YEAR). Save as:

The form is to be emailed to the department (SkillsContracts@sa.gov.au) by the due date using the email subject line:
