PROCEDURE

Set up a myGov Id Procedure

  • Download the myGov ID app (download only from the Apple app store or Google Play)

  • Open the myGovID app on your smart device and follow the prompts to enter your personal details.

You need to complete a face verification check. This is a one-off scan that checks that you’re a real person, the right person and verifying in real-time. It’s like a selfie which is compared to the photograph on your passport.

  • To be set up as a user under the Strategix MyGovID account, send an email with a screenshot of your "My Identity" page in your myGov ID to Jeremy Rota. He will set you up in the system as an authorised user, and you will receive an invite email with the subject ‘RAM - authorisation request’.

  • Follow the 3-step instructions in the email, and use the code and link provided to accept your authorisation. (If you receive any errors when using the code, refer to the information under the heading: ‘Authorisation code has expired or is not working’ on the following webpage: https://info.authorisationmanager.
