Access the template from any of the below (ensure to use the most recent template version):

  2. Quality Shared Drive > Funding Sources > SA 23-27 > Skills SA Course Search Reports

  3. On the South Australian website

  4. Email Education.SkillsContracts@sa.gov.au to request an updated version of the template.

Save Form

  1. Open the template, and Save As a new file in the Skills SA Course Search Reports folder in Google Drive (Funding Sources/SA (YEAR).

  2. Name the file:
