Use this link to complete the Site Inspection Checklist.

A site inspection must be completed:

• When first leasing a site

• When first purchasing a site

• When first entering an agreement to use a site/venue (e.g. SQW venues)

• Every 6 months after the initial lease/purchase/agreement

• When there has been a change to the site, e.g. removal of a wall, renovations, etc.

• When there has been a change to the tasks performed at the site/venue, e.g. delivering a different qualification or using it for other purposes.

  • Quality Drive - Licensing units folder

  • Safety Drive - Site inspections folder
