Fee for Service - Terms and Conditions

1 Fee for Service
A Fee for Service arrangement between Strategix and the Client is used where a student has exhausted all funded opportunities available in the delivery location. Employer incentives may apply where a student is enrolled into a traineeship via an AASN.
2 Fee for Service Payments
All course and tuition fees are the responsibility of the Client. Payment must be received before Certification is issued. Existing Worker and New Entrant Traineeships Invoices for these qualifications will be generated by Strategix and sent to the Client after the Client has signed and agreed to the service provisions. Travel Refer to Section 7.4 of the Service Agreement for information related to travel expenses.

4 Cancellation
All cancellations are to be made to Strategix in writing. Full refunds are only due where training has not yet commenced. In the event of cancellation after training has commenced, a pro-rata cancellation invoice will be issued based on the number of commenced units.
