NATIONAL - College Enrolment Information Sheet
This fact sheet includes information for students enrolling into a Diploma level course at Strategix. Strategix is an approved VET Student Loans provider. If you do not intend on using VET Student Loans some of this information will not be applicable to you.
General Information
1 | Students should be at least 17 years of age and not currently undertaking other study that will impact their ability to commit to a full-time course. |
2 | The tuition fees for Diploma courses are listed on each course page of the Strategix website. The Unit of Study breakdowns are available on the schedules which are also published on the website. Upon enrolment, our staff will also explain this to you and provide you with a confirmation of enrolment which will outline your breakdown of fees. You can request an update on your fee status at any time. |
3 | All course materials and specialised software programs are included in the cost of the course, these are provided electronically. If you would like printed copies of learner materials, these will be charged at the cost price + Shipping ($5 per subject + $15 flat shipping fee). Additional fees may also be charged if you do not complete the course within the nominal duration. Although there are no other fees charged by Strategix, you might incur additional costs throughout your studies, these may include but are not limited to:
|
4 | Tuition fees can be paid through one or a combination of the following methods:
|
5 | Students may cancel their enrolment by withdrawing from the course in accordance with the Strategix’s policies and procedures (Refer to the Withdrawal and Cancellation Information). Students who withdraw on or prior to the census date will not incur the debt for any current or future Units of Study and any up-front tuition fees paid on or before the census date will be refunded. All student related policies and procedures, including the withdrawal policy, refunds policy and complaints and appeals procedure are available via strategix.edu.au/documents. |
6 | If your contact details change while you’re enrolled with Strategix, you must inform Strategix as soon as possible so that you can continue receiving up to date communications relating to your course. |
7 | Tuition fees are apportioned equally across each Unit of Study (fee period) and the charges related to each Unit of Study are incurred at each census date (one per unit of study). The census date is the last day that you can withdraw from the course without being liable for the tuition fees for that part of the course. Further information on the total course fees and the distribution of fees across each Unit of Study are available on each course page of the Strategix website as well as the course schedules. Our friendly staff will also clarify this information with you prior to the confirmation of your enrolment and you will receive statements showing these amounts at the beginning of the course and as you progress through the course. |
