As part of enrolling in a course with Strategix, you will be required to provide personal information relating to the enrolment which will be used to assess your suitability for the course and eligibility to access any funding that might be available. Likewise, Strategix is required to ensure learners are making an informed decision prior to completing the enrolment process.

By enrolling, you authorise Strategix to:

• Use your personal information and ID to create, obtain or access your Unique Student Identifier (USI) on your behalf and to distribute the USI to relevant parties, including, Government Departments and Partnered RTOs

• Provide information to relevant parties inclusive of the third parties listed below

• School – if you are a secondary student undertaking VET, including a school-based apprenticeship or traineeship

• Employer – if you are enrolled in training paid by your employer

• Commonwealth and State or Territory government departments and authorised agencies

• NCVER

• Registrar

• Organisations conducting student surveys and researchers.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, you may receive a student survey administered by an employee or third party. You may opt-out of the survey at the time of being contacted.
