PROCEDURE
Add an International Agent in ASQAnet
Open the International College Meeting Google sheet and go to the ‘List of Agents PRISMS’ tab
Use the following details from this Google sheet throughout this procedure:
Business Name, Trading Name(s), ABN/ACN, Contact Name, Address, Email, Phone, Contract Start, Contract End
Login to ASQAnet
Once logged in, go to ‘Organisation’ and ‘third party service providers’. Then click ‘Add’ (in the top right corner)
Enter the business name, trading name or ABN to find the Third party provider:
When the search is successful it should list the name/details in the drop down to select
After selecting the provider, check the Contact name and details in the ‘contact’ drop down list matches the Contact name in the google sheet
If Contact name does not match, search in the Third party provider field again, as above.
If the search is unsuccessful or the details do not match, see the ‘Third Party Provider Not in the Dropdown List’ instructions below.
Select the relevant contact person, as per the Google sheet, from the ‘contact’ drop down list
Select ‘recruitment of prospective learners’ from the service drop down. Tick the box that says ‘Includes services to overseas (CRICOS) students’
Enter in the contract start and end dates:
Usually a two-year timeframe
If the contract end date is blank, enter in the date two years from the start date.
Tick the declarations and submit
Update date in ASQA updated column on the Google sheet.
Third Party Provider Not in the Dropdown List
If the third party provider name doesn’t appear in the dropdown list (neither business or trading name), follow these steps to enter them in:
Tick the ‘Third party provider not listed’ box
Check if third party provider is an Australian organisation and tick the appropriate box.
If they have an ABN listed, they are an Australian organisation
If not, they aren’t
Enter the ABN into the Search Australian Business Register field, and select Check ABN
Check the Legal name appears, as per the Business Name
If the Legal name is different to the Business Name on the Google sheet, update the sheet to match the ABN search
Select ‘No’ to the question ‘is the third party provider an RTO or CRICOS provider
Enter the (full or partial) address, then click Check Address to Validate
Select the address from the list of validated results
Enter the details for the Add contact section
Select ‘recruitment of prospective learners’ from the service drop down. Tick the box that says ‘Includes services to overseas (CRICOS) students’
Enter in the contract start and end dates
Usually a two year timeframe
If the contract end date is blank, enter in the date two years from the start date
Tick the declarations and submit
Update date in ‘ASQA updated’ column on the Google sheet.
Contact Person Not in the Dropdown List
If the contact person for an organisation doesn’t appear in the ‘Contact’ dropdown list, do the following:
Tick the ‘Contact not listed’ box
Enter the contact’s name and details as prompted.
Update Strategix website - International Agent details
Wordpress
Logging into Wordpress is how you will be able to edit the Strategix website - the specific page being ‘International Agents’.
Log in to Wordpress
Go to the top left corner where the house icon is to visit site. Once clicked it will take a while to load to edit mode
Go to the webpage you need to edit
Click ‘edit with elementor’ at the top of the page
Click on the Approved Agents details table
On the left hand side a text box will appear - click ‘text’ button which is located beside the ‘visual’ button. HTML writing will appear.
Look for <tr> (the start of your text) all the way to </tr> (the end of your text) e.g. You will want to copy and paste a previous entry: <tr>

</tr>Once copied and pasted then change your text within the <tr> and </tr> to what you need. Text being: Agent Name, Region and the Contact email (as seen above in the example)
Click the purple ‘update’ button in the bottom left corner
Now your text will be added to the Approved Agents table and will show on the website
